What a weekend!
We had a wonderful weekend full of friends, amazing weather, yardwork, bike riding, playing hard and Fifths Disease!
My beautiful boy.... yes, I am aware his helmet is not properly on..... I've tried, and I've tried....
Watch out, because our little daredevil will run you over! She thinks she is so big and independent on her "big girl bike".
No, that is not one of the chain gang members working in my yard. That is just Rob making the neighbors nervous with his Whatcom County Jail Jumper on.
Rob planted some shrubs next to the patio. I love how they turned out!
So this picture SOOOO does not do his rash justice. It is the reddest, lumpiest, and ugliest rash I've ever seen. And it is all over his legs, too. Those of you that don't know, Fifths disease is just a fancy name for gnarly rash. Kids aren't contagious once the rash breaks out. So you never know whose got it and is passing it around until it is too late.... lovely.....
